At X3, we don't believe that there is a single methodology that fits every project.  Some projects require very formal development methodologies such as RUP while others are better suited for fast track methodologies like Agile, RAD, or SCRUM.  The right choice is a matter of the project size, team structure, technologies involved, time-to-market needs and, of course, budget.  At X3, we have the experience to determine which methodology is the right choice for your project.
